Founded 2014

Youtob Telecom, Inc. began operations in 2014, focusing on value-added telecommunications projects. VAS services are not easily delivered over analog lines; a dedicated infrastructure is required to enable them on Iran’s existing PSTN network. Once that platform is in place, a wide range of subscriber services can be activated. UTOB is proud to have been the first in the country to deploy INAP-based infrastructure for delivering these services.

  CRBT / SoftSwitch VAS

  Value-added services on fixed telephony and SoftSwitch — including ringback tones, voicemail, background music, and prepaid lines. CRBT has been live in Markazi Province since 2014 and was redesigned with INAP after phase-two expansion.

  Digital signature certificate authority

  At UTOB’s certificate authority (govahi.co) you can obtain independent individual, non-government affiliated, and organizational seal certificates with the highest security standards. Private keys never leave your system; certificates work across government platforms including tax and company registration systems.

  IRI.TAX taxpayers system

  A taxpayers platform supporting type-1 and type-2 invoices, sales returns, corrective invoices, and voiding reference invoices. The IRI intermediary portal (iri.tax) is also available free of charge.

  Credit telephony / fixed online billing

  Iran’s first fixed-line online billing system: direct switch integration to terminate in-progress calls and calculate charges in real time — enabling prepaid fixed lines for operators and cost control for subscribers.
